SINAMAR® roasted malt beer (debittered) - Content: 110 g

SINAMAR® is produced from barley roasted malt (CARAFA®), according to the German Purity Law (Beer St. DB § 5) without the use of genetically modified raw materials.

In order to achieve the high color intensity and the extract content, the beer is gently concentrated under vacuum at low temperatures (max 70 ° C).
SINAMAR® is debittered by a special process, does not cause turbidity and is very pH-stable.

SINAMAR® is very suitable for coloring all kinds of foods, such as Bread, bakery products, beverages (beer, alcohol, tea), spirits and pharmaceutical products.


Application:

The SINAMAR® can take place in the brewhouse (just before knocking out), in the storage tank (preferably when hosing), before filtration, in the pressure tank or in the transport container. In order to increase 1 hl of beer by one EBC unit, 14 g of SINAMAR® are required.
